Welcoming Pam Bubrzycki: Amity Health’s New CEO

We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Pam Bubrzycki as the new CEO, who joined Amity Health on 16th December 2024.

Our Board’s Chair Carl Heslop shared, “We went through a process that was centred around finding someone whose values and vision aligns with Amity Health’s, not only finding someone with the right qualifications and experiences. We are excited to have appointed someone that meets all of those needs and is also the right person to encourage further growth and development of our team and the work we do around the State.

We’re also incredibly grateful to our outgoing CEO Robin Surridge, for her ability to secure the organisations future over her incredible tenure with us. Her ability to deftly and astutely work with funders, collaborators, and communities to provide exceptional value to the communities we serve has led to the organisation being the well-respected organisation we are today.”

Outgoing CEO Robin Surridge added, “It will be a pleasure to welcome Pam, who most recently has been working at Hope Community Services as Chief Services Officer. I look forward to working with her to support this transition and watching the organisation thrive under her leadership.”

Having worked extensively in the NGO sector, I was aware of the depth and breadth of services Amity offers and Amity's reputation for service excellence by a skilled and committed workforce. I understand that communities in regional Western Australia face unique challenges, and that connection and diversity help communities to flourish and thrive. I very much look forward to commencing at Amity Health, continuing the legacy that Robin Surridge leaves behind as transitioning Chief Executive Officer.
